Ingredients
4 Pieces Chicken Thighs, boneless/skinless
1 Tbl. Cilantro, chopped
1 Clove Garlic, finely diced
1 Tbl. Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbl. Each Paniolo and 6-Pepper Salt
Procedure
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with all ingredients except for the Paniolo for 1 hour.
Step 2
Season both sides of the chicken thighs with the Seasonings. Add salt, if needed.
Step 3
Sauté or grill until the center of the chicken reaches 165 F.
